Medication therapy management

This is valuable for people who are taking multiple medications, want to understand their medicines better, or just want a pharmacist to review the medicines with them. We will have a face to face consultation and I will generate a written report.

Self-Management Training

I am a Certified Diabetes Care and Education (CDCES) and over the last 25 years have helped hundreds of people learn how to manage their diabetes. I have also carried out self management programs for people who have or are at risk for cardiovascular conditions such as high blood pressure or high cholesterol. 

Nutritional Supplement Planning

For the person who wants to consider nutritional supplementation in addition to optimal care for a specific condition. We will review your present medication for any nutrient depletion issues and suggest a vitamin/mineral/nutraceutical regimen to address the problem.
